Here, you’re invited to return to your essence, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and rediscover the natural you.

CONNECT + BREATHE + MOVEMENT.

Natural You Flow is a Vinyasa style practice which is supremely peaceful yet vigorous, it is influenced by the sequences of Ashtanga Yoga. Our teachers will guide you through their own unique sequences inviting you to connect the breath with each movement, combining pranayama and physically challenging asana postures.

STRETCH + STRENGTHEN + TONE THE BODY

Power Yoga is a dynamic vinyasa flow practice. It has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.

RELEASE FASCIA + MUSCLE TENSION

Natural You Yin is a deeply meditative class of long holds and slow breathes, that aims to release tension by stretching the body’s connective tissue and fascia. Rather than using dynamic postures and heat, Zen Yin Yoga will nourish and relax you into a state of bliss and comfort whereby the pain, tension and stress will literally clear and dissolve. This is the perfect class to balance your regular hot yoga practice.

Parents and Children Come Together to Practice, Connect and Recharge

We are very excited about this fantastic opportunity for families to practice yoga together!

The growing years (5-15yrs) can be tiring, stressful and overwhelming for both Parents and Child/Tween/Teen. Yoga can help your child feel more confident about their changing body, restless heart and ever-thoughtful minds.

Parents and children come together to practice, connect and recharge.

All in all, this Family Yoga Class is about learning yoga and having fun as individuals, together! By practicing yoga postures and meditation side by side, the family strengthens a sense of harmony through acceptance and self-awareness.

Little Yogis enjoy playful yoga classes that promote self-expression, inner strength, confidence, self-esteem and respect. Children learn through games, play and storytelling so these classes do not follow the same structure as an adult class. In fact, there is very little structure but every opportunity for fun and creativity. The classes are held in a relaxed and fun environment where every child is free to express their own individual self without judgment or expectation.

In a space free of competition, they feel safe and nurtured. Friendships are developed and children are free to explore their full potential at their own pace.

Most forms of yoga in the West can be classified as Hatha Yoga. Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures, meaning your Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar and Power Yoga classes are a form of Hatha Yoga. The word “hatha” can be translated two ways: as “wilful” or “forceful,” or the yoga of activity, and as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance. Hatha Yoga is an ancient system of physical movement, breathing exercises and meditation practices. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.

It can be a little daunting to come along to a new class and you may not be sure what to expect. Classes with Natural You Wellness are warm, friendly & create a welcoming space where you can truly escape and feel the individual benefits. The classes consist of initial grounding relaxation and a series of asanas (poses) that focus on the different areas of the body and ranges of movement. Followed by grounding, relaxation, meditation and refreshments.
